Meet The Team

An alumna of the University of Texas, Lindsey began her nearly 20-year career at ExecuTeam as a temporary employee. She has since become Houston’s resident professional employment expert. Most of her career at ExecuTeam has been spent in a 360 desk, simultaneously serving the roles of Account Executive, Staffing Specialist and Recruiter. She has also been a Certified Staffing Professional for 16 years. Promoted to Account Executive in 2021, Lindsey now leads sales for ExecuTeam’s Professional division — providing unparalleled service and creating lifetime partnerships with her clients. Lindsey consistently goes above and beyond for her clients while always displaying the utmost professionalism. She is passionate about being the best at understanding and satisfying the professional needs of people and businesses.

Laura has over twenty-five years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. An integral part of creating and developing ExecuTeam’s Healthcare division, Team1Medical, Laura became President of both ExecuTeam and Team1Medical in 2013. Her collaborative approach creates long lasting professional relationships while providing the highest level of service to her team, clients and candidates. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, Laura remains active with alumni functions. Laura has served ten consecutive years on the executive board of HAAPC – Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants including two years as President. Since earning her CTS accreditation in 1996, she continues to attend several national staffing conferences to stay current on policies and industry changes. As of December 2020, Laura also earned her CSC accreditation. Laura has been an integral part in growing and developing ExecuTeam & Team1Medical Staffing into the award-winning company of today.

Shannon has lived in Houston for over twenty years and considers the big city her home. Growing up in Beaumont, Shannon graduated from Lamar University with a degree in Business Administration. After successful careers with Ford Motor Credit and the Houston Chronicle, Shannon joined ExecuTeam in 2015 and her CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) Certification shortly thereafter. With over 7 years’ experience in the staffing industry, Shannon specializes in Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Administrative Support, and Customer Service. Shannon maintains open lines of communication with her clients and candidates. She displays a passion to help others succeed and is 100% committed to providing excellent customer service and respect. Shannon excited by the challenge of recruiting for a variety of positions and finds this to be her fulfilling job, as she can help candidates achieve greater opportunities.

Beginning her career with ExecuTeam in 2009, Jessica’s proven dedication, resourcefulness and compassion easily transitioned her to Team1Medical. She quickly embraced the Healthcare Division, specializing in clinical and non-clinical placements with large hospital systems, medical colleges and physician-owned clinics.

Jessica graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in International Business. In 2016, Jessica earned American Staffing Association’s CHP Certification – Certified Health Care Staffing Professional. Jessica has since been promote to Division Director and leads Team1Medical while maintaining a commitment to her candidates and clients. She finds daily fulfillment in her recruiting and placement successes.

Married and a devoted mother of two, she maintains a busy schedule, enjoys scrapbooking special memories, and dedicates her remaining time to volunteer work.

Kiersten joined ExecuTeam and Team1Medical as a marketing admin in 2016. Since then, she has grown the Marketing department to what it is today by wearing many hats—from graphic design and digital marketing/advertising to content strategy and copywriting.

In her role as Senior Marketing Manager, Kiersten builds brand awareness and uses marketing strategies to help recruiters and account executives find ways to expand their reach, fill positions quickly and easily, and grow their business. When she’s not working on projects for ExecuTeam and Team1Medical, she’s working on personal projects as a professional photographer.

Veronica is a Certified Staffing Professional who joined ExecuTeam in July 2019 as the Director of Client & Talent Services. Veronica has since been promoted to Executive Director of ExecuTeam’s Houston branch. With 15+ years of experience managing operations, business development, client retention, and operations in the staffing and recruiting industry, Veronica’s business philosophy is based upon a strong relationship building and trust with clients, her team, and the community.

Alethea joined ExecuTeam in 2020 just before the pandemic hit. She has since been essential in supporting community wellness and helping people get back to work. With her 15+ years of experience in human resources and staffing, Alethea specializes in staffing public sector roles, including wellness screeners, testing site coordinators, contact tracers, epidemiologists and much more. She embodies ExecuTeam’s core values daily, and she is a great listener, proactive thinker, and extremely hard worker.

In her free time, Alethea cherishes time with her family and strategically shops the Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual sales.

Olivia received her bachelor’s in human resources from the University of Houston. She joined Team1Medical in 2021 as a Staffing Consultant working to enrich Houston’s healthcare by matching healthcare organizations and top-notch candidates to offer the best patient care. In November 2022, Olivia earned her Certified Health Care Staffing Professional® (CHP) certification. Trustworthy, compassionate and a detailed-oriented communicator, Olivia wants to help people find a job they love. She believes that people are the most important asset to any organization and her goal is to help our candidates and clients in enriching their careers and internal resources.

In her free time, Olivia is an enthusiast of music, movies and relaxing with family and friends.

Annaliese received her bachelor’s in communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She was fortunate enough to participate in the competitive Disney College Program right after graduation and work as a costuming cast member. Annaliese joined ExecuTeam in 2022 as a marketing assistant working towards growing the brand through content creation and blog posts. Goal-oriented, creative, and friendly, she is excited to be a part of a company that helps talent get matched with a job that meets their needs.

A staffing professional with over 30 years of experience, Valerie joined ExecuTeam in 2022 as the division director of the Chicago branch. Her career started as a temporary associate for a global recruitment agency in Scotland. In the early 2000s, Valarie and her family made a big decision to move across the world to the USA. Her many years of experience in industrial and professional staffing have led her to where she is today. Social, considerate, and generous, Valerie is ready to step back into a leadership role to grow the Chicago branch and help great companies build their teams with top talent.   

Charlie earned his Bachelor of Science from Columbus College. With more than 17 years of sales and management experience and receiving many accolades as sales manager of the year in previous roles, Charlie joined Team1Medical in 2022 as the Division Director of the Columbus branch. Competitive, compassionate, and loyal, he is someone that you can depend on to always be there for you. “If you are 15 minutes early, you are late.”, he says to job seekers looking for work in today’s market. “Be prepared, listen, and learn.”  

On the weekends, Charlie likes to be outside on a golf course. He spent 7 years on a professional golf team and won a professional golf tournament.

Previously residing in Ohio, Alexis (“Lexie”) moved to Texas in 2022 to join ExecuTeam as a staffing consultant. While earning her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University, she served 1 year as an HR generalist intern for a staffing organization. During her internship she gained experience handling payroll, onboarding, training and development, performance reviews, and yearly goals. Lexie thrives on helping others and being a contact that someone can go to in a time of need. Lexie joined the staffing industry because she loves getting to know people and helping them with their career journey. She’s excited to do both with ExecuTeam.

Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in public relations from Texas A&M University. Born and raised in Houston Texas, her favorite activity involves going to the rodeo and enjoying a delicious Frito pie. Jennifer joined ExecuTeam and Team1Medical in 2022 as a staffing assistant. Skilled in customer service, clerical work, and Microsoft Office, she is excited to lend a hand to our recruiters and learn more about the staffing industry. She strives to make ExecuTeam and Team1Medical a fun place to be and is excited to revamp our job ads.

Kelsey started her career in the human resources department of an automotive organization. She joined Team1Medical as a Staffing Consultant in 2022. Kelsey is trilingual, fluent in German and English, and advanced in Russian. Kind-spirited, patient, and funny, Kelsey will exhaust all resources to get you the position that you want. She loves helping people and enjoys interactions of all kinds.

After work, she likes to read books, bake cupcakes, and spend time with her children.  

Taylor joined Team1Medical in 2022, having started her career in the industrial industry sourcing, recruiting, and managing more than 50 employees throughout the Houston and Seattle area. She enjoys meeting new people and says that her integrity, compassion, and loyalty are the reasons why candidates and clients trust her. Taylor believes that finding the right person for a role is like finding the right piece to a puzzle, very rewarding.

Outside of the office, Taylor is constantly on a mission to make her next adventure better than the last.

With 5 years of staffing experience, Ilana joined ExecuTeam in 2022 as a staffing consultant. She was responsible for overseeing store team recruitment, talent development, operational process, and growing sales. As a leader of full-cycle recruitment, Ilana is skilled in finding talent, processing background checks and I-9s, and managing new employee onboarding. Her greatest personal achievement is taking a failing sales department, hiring an entirely new team, and a year later becoming a top 5 performing team in the country. Hard-working and compassionate, Ilana speaks fluent Russian and Lithuanian languages.  

Ilana is an avid fan of artistic gymnastics and hopes to attend a gymnastics competition at the summer Olympics.
