Assist with formulation of bids. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Qualified candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in an international business setting be able to work independently and possess strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. Bilingual skills a strong plus! Salary is $30,000 – $50,000
Logistics Assistant
Join one of the fastest growing professions in the Houston area! ExecuTeam is looking for tenured Logistic professionals to work in the Oil industry. Be part of a team is a leader in Supply Chain management. Will be accountable for customer service with assigned client. Processing of import/export shipments to ensure timely delivery. Receive documents and initiate logging process. Coordinate cargo availability. Arrange pickup and delivery. Finalize billing and distribute documents. Candidate should have at least 2 plus years of experience handling import or export with 2 years of experience in customer service duties. Must be able to work in a fast paced office. Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office application Salary is $30,000 – $45,000
