Office Support

Receptionist - Temporary
Oversees front desk and reception area, and operates switchboard to answer incoming calls directing callers to appropriate personnel. Operates a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Written and verbal fluency in English and Portuguese a strong plus. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, and arranges for transportation services. Keeps visitor access log up to date, controls temporary access badges issuance. Receives, sorts, and routes incoming and outgoing mail for all departments. Coordinates company’s office supply order. Performs other clerical duties as needed.

Salary is $27,040  –  $31,200

Front Desk Coordinator

As the receptionist, you will be the first person and first voice that a person sees or hears when they contact company. Candidate must possess 3 years or more of receptionist experience with a corporate surrounding. Must have a professional and upbeat communication style with polished phone etiquette. Since every day is different in this job… strong organizational skills and follow-up are required. Multitasking should be your middle name! Microsoft computer skills are required but free training offered for those with basic skills. If you possess the following, then this is the job for you! Willing to be the first impression of the organization, 3+ years receptionist experience within a corporate setting, professionalism a must! (Both in presentation and communication skills.), strong organizational skills.

Salary is $14  –  $17

Administrative Assistant
Work for one of Houston's well respected government entities. Administrative Assistant is needed for their Downtown location to answer phones, transfer calls, and assist with document preparation. Must pay strong attention to detail and have good customer service skills. Strong MS Word and Excel skills. Must be able to work Mon-Fri 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
