Paralegal
Are you ready to jump-start your legal career? ExecuTeam is looking for an experienced Paralegal with a background in Oil and Gas. The ideal candidate will act as a member of a contracts team.
Duties:
-Responsible for legal review of strategic marketing activities
-5 + years of contract negotiations experience in a Commercial law setting
-Knowledgeable about all forms of intellectual property, including patents, copyrights, trade secrets and trademarks
-Ability to perform necessary legal research to assure compliance with US and state laws that may affect marketing programs, collateral and events
-Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines
-Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with challenging work assignments
-Knowledge of CLMS system is a plus
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications Salary is $18 – $25

ExecuTeam wants you! We are always looking for experienced Legal Assistants with experience supporting hard working Attorneys in an international Oil and Gas setting.
Duties Include:
-IP or patent experience
-Familiarity with USPTO practices
-Detail oriented
-Engineering or technical/technology background
-Maintenance of heavy filing
-Need IP Corporate Experience
-Intermediate/Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-Extensive experience making travel arrangements
-Processing invoices
-Bilingual a plus
-Knowledge of CLMS a plus Salary is $36,000 – $42,000
