Large medical facility is seeking two insurance clerks. Duties will include registering patients, verifying insurance and submitting and following-up on pre-authorization and pre-determination requests, contacting patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance coverage and patient estimated out-of-pocket expense. Must have a minimum of two years of experience in insurance verifications.

Medical Billing Coordinator/Accounts Payable
International company in the Galleria area is seeking a bilingual Medical Billing Coordinator. Duties will include receiving provider bills for medical services rendered to our clients, reviewing and verifying information on the bills, registering the bills in QuickBooks scanning and filling bills, requesting medical records, and handling billing disputes with providers. Must have previous professional experience in a medical environment, such as physician office or hospital, possess a general knowledge of medicine, familiarity with medical terminology, and knowledge of coding and billing. Must be fluent in written and verbal Spanish (professional level, not casual) and be familiar with QuickBooks and MS Office.

Salary is $14  –  $17

LVN
LVN needed for Neurology clinic in the Medical Center. LVN will support one Physician who works with patients suffering from dementia. Duties will include heavy calendaring for the Physician, communicating via secure email to the Physician and family members of dementia patients. Will assist in scheduling testing for patients and maintaining prescriptions for all patients. Must be very detail oriented and organized.

Salary is $25  –  $30

Registered Nurse
RN needed for an Ambulatory center in the Medical Center. Will work in the Operating Room. Will communicate with health care providers regarding orders and care of patients. Candidate must possess experience in preop, intraop and/or postop care. Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred. Required: BLS and provide a current RN Texas license.

Primary duties will include selecting, training and developing staff, ensuring quality and safety of delivery of services, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse - adhering to OSHA, Medicare and accreditation guidelines, ensuring corporate, federal and state compliance, and negotiating contract agreements. Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering or related field and/or a minimum of five years of experience in DME Operations Management. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is highly preferred. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.

Duties will include assessing patient's condition to determine urgency, will schedule patients as needed or refer patient to appropriate facility, will place follow up calls to patients, explain pre and post procedures for testing. As needed will assist on site with obtaining vitals and history as well as assisting with procedures. Must be a licensed LVN in the State of Texas and have prior OB/GYN experience. Temp, possible temp to hire.

Salary is $17  –  $19

EMR experience is required and prior experience in Greenway is a strong plus.

Large OB/GYN practice in the medical center is seeking a charge entry clerk. Duties will include entering all charges for OB/GYN procedures and visits, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of all charges, inputting all modifiers based on CPT and CMS coding guidelines. Prior experience in OB/GYN is highly preferred.

Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist (6)
Large medical facility needs medical folllow up specialists to assist with a long term project. Specialists will follow up with all payors regarding accounts receivable. Will initiate charge/payment disputes to resolve coding and payment issues on accounts, research and process insurance denials and appeals, will contact patient/guarantor/third party payer either by telephone or in writing to resolve discrepancies. Experience with Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial insurance is required. Experience with EPIC is a plus but not required. Company offers a flexible schedule.
