Bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator
International medical company in the Galleria area is seeking a bilingual Accounts Payable Coordinator. Duties will include receiving provider bills for medical services rendered to our clients, reviewing and verifying information on the bills, registering the bills in QuickBooks scanning and filling bills, requesting medical records, and handling billing disputes with providers. Previous professional experience in a medical environment is a plus but not required. General knowledge of medicine, familiarity with medical terminology, and knowledge of coding and billing is a plus. Must be fluent in written and verbal Spanish (professional level, not casual) and be familiar with QuickBooks and MS Office. Galleria area. Temp to Hire.

The Office of Continuing Medical Education is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. Duties will include: Entry and maintenance of participant registration data, including preparation of course status reports, confirmation letters, and mailing labels, entry and maintenance of continuing education credit data, including preparation and processing of credit certificates and course registrant reports, entry and electronic processing of credit card and other registration fee payments, processing enduring materials registrations, post-tests, and certificates, filing and organizing activity-related documentation, forms and materials, assisting with preparation and distribution of activity correspondence, forms, reports, and promotional and educational materials, assisting with preparation and organization of activity-related materials including nametags, registration lists, and participant packets, assisting with on-site activity registration and monitoring, assisting with general office support tasks, including answering telephones, deliveries, receiving guests, etc.. and other duties, as required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, 1-3 yrs.. data entry and general office experience. CME experience preferred but not required.

CME Conference Coordinator
The Office of Continuing Medical Education is seeking a Senior CME Activity Coordinator to plan, prepare, implement and evaluate continuing medical education activities. Duties will include: Working with Program Directors to design, plan and implement continuing medical education activities, seek and cultivate new business opportunities, communicate OCME policies and procedures to clients and educational partners. Oversee the accomplishment of all required elements of a CME activity, including: developing CME applications and required documentation, prepare activity budgets, design a marketing plan and implement promotional activities, oversee participant registration and processing, negotiate vendor and facilities contracts, establish and maintain communication with activity presenters, develop and organize educational materials associated with the activity, make arrangements with commercial supporters, provide onsite activity management, implement activity evaluation and outcomes measurement, and oversee development and production of enduring educational materials. Bachelors or Master's degree preferred but not required. 3-5 yrs.. in conference and/or event planning. CME experience preferred but not required.
