Accounting Assistant - Temporary
Property Management company has an immediate need for an Accounting Assistant primarily responsible for accounts payable. Set up vendors, request W9s, enter invoices, filing and distribute mail. Accounts Payable experience a must with strong communication skills. Will also assist with organizing and processing expense reports.Candidate must be able to work without little to no supervision and able to work in both fast and slow environments. Will be dealing directly with tenants so customer service is the key! Salary is $14 – $16
Full Charge Bookkeeper - Degreed Professional
This full time position is a full charge bookkeeper's dream.....work with a great team who will show their appreciation for your positive, can-do attitude and team player contributions. You will be responsible for A/P, A/R, 401K, billing, payroll -- don't let that make your head swim, because your team members will own parts of all these functions! You will need experience working with an electronic bookkeeping software package, experience working with general ledger, balance sheets and income statements, and an understanding of hourly and contingency billing to be selected for this position. Law firm experience is preferred. Outstanding benefits and environment! College Degree required. Salary is $55,000 – $65,000
