To assess and evaluate the core skill competencies of candidates, ExecuTeam uses validated assessment tools and technology to provide measurable results. Our assessment system provides us with over 800 online evaluations in the areas of office support, accounting, HR, software, call center, customer service, healthcare, legal, IT/technical and other classifications. The type of evaluations provided for individual candidates are determined by the job skills and responsibilities of the client position/s for which they are applying
What Pre-Employment Background Checks Are Completed On Each Candidate?
Candidates participate in an extensive pre-screening and interviewing process. Each candidate receives an evaluative, in-depth interview prior to referral. All applicants furnish three business references regarding past work experience, which are evaluated for relevant work history and tenure. Criminal investigations are conducted on all candidates and testing is conducted to fit the job specification. Other diagnostic and evaluative tools may be administered at the request of the client. The identification and selection processes are tailored to meet individual job and client specifications.
How Do I Place a Job Order?
ExecuTeam’s offices are open Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM and an expert, tenured Account Manager will be happy to listen to your requirements/ preferences regarding the open position, ask pertinent questions, and answer your questions regarding our service.
